Now days,We can see the word, ”HALAL” in every Non-Vegetarian hotel boards. Halal is an Arabic word which means “Lawful” or “Permitted”. It is a Quranic term and each muslim should ensure that consumables are Halal or not. Now, it is applicable to medicines also and Malaysia is the first country to notify the guidelines for Halal Pharmaceuticals.

What is Halal?

Halal refers that food and other consumables which are permissible for consumption and actions by muslims based on the Islamic law which is called as Shariah law. Strict personal hygiene is an integral requirement for Halal. The opposite of Halal is Haram which means “unlawful” or “Prohibited”.

What is Halal trade?

It refers to the trade certified quality products that have met rigorous internationally accepted standards in production and hygiene.

What is Halal Pharmaceuticals?
