Terms & Conditions for Aspire ERP JRK Mobile App

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Aspire ERP Mobile Application (Aspire ERP JRK), operated by Dr JRKs Research and Pharmaceuticals Private Limited.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the mobile application. By accessing or using this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the application.

2. Purpose of the Application

The Aspire ERP Mobile App is designed to provide authorized users access to selected Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functions including but not limited to:

  • Leave Management
  • Purchase Management
  • Sales Order Place Management
  • Employee related services
  • Business process tracking

The application is intended only for authorized employees or users of the organization.

3. User Accounts

To access the application, users must log in using credentials provided by the organization.

Users agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of their login credentials
  • Not share login details with unauthorized persons
  • Notify the system administrator in case of unauthorized access

The organization reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is detected.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the application only for legitimate business purposes.

Users must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Interfere with the application's security features
  • Use the app for illegal or unauthorized activities
  • Modify, copy, or reverse engineer the application

5. Data and Information

All data accessed through the application, including employee information, financial data, and operational records, remain the
property of Dr JRKs Research and Pharmaceuticals Private Limited.

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of company data accessed through the application.

Unauthorized sharing or misuse of company data is strictly prohibited.

6. Application Availability

While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, the application may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • System maintenance
  • Updates or upgrades
  • Technical issues
  • Network disruptions

The organization is not liable for any inconvenience caused due to temporary unavailability.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the application and these Terms from time to time.

Users will be notified of significant changes where necessary. Continued use of the application after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Security

Users must ensure that:

  • Their devices are secure
  • They log out after using the application
  • They report any suspicious activity immediately

Failure to comply with security practices may lead to suspension of access.

9. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is” without any warranties.

The organization shall not be held liable for:

10. Termination of Access

  • The account is no longer required

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this application shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
